Actress Akshita Singh Rajput has recently joined the cast of Dangal’s popular show Mann Atisundar. Produced by Panorama Entertainment, the show has been received well by the audience. The show has a very impressive rating and is the top-rated show on Dangal. Manan Joshi and Tanishq Seth play the leads of the show.
Recently, Akshita joined the cast in the role of Kali, the character which was earlier played by Simran Gautam.
Says Akshita, “It is an honour to enter the popular show Mann Atisundar. When I was briefed about the character of Kali, I immediately knew that I had to play something like Kareena Kapoor’s ‘Poo’ with a twist. If Kareena was the modernized Poo, Kali was the typical Desi version of Poo. I am enjoying playing this role. She is a very impulsive and unpredictable character.”
Talking about Mann Atisundar, Akshita states, “Mann Atisundar is doing resoundingly well. It has a very good rating, and to be a part of it is an honour. I am enjoying this journey of mine with the cast and crew of the show.”
Akshita who was last seen in the role of Preeti in Sony SAB’s Dhruv Tara Samay Sadi Se Phare wants to give her best to this big opportunity that she has got. “While in Dhruv Tara, I played a character with a calm demeanour, Kali in Mann Atisundar is the total opposite of it. I am excited about the upcoming challenges in the role.”
