Actor Vishal Chaudary who was earlier seen in the TV shows Meri Saas Bhoot Hai, Gud Se Meetha Ishq, Kashibai Bajirao Ballal, Suhaaga etc, will enter the Star Plus show Maati Se Bandhi Dor. Produced by Sobo Films, the show will now see the entry of Vishal who dons the role of the SP, Milind Apte.
Milind and the protagonist Vaiju (Rutuja Bagwe) are childhood friends, having grown up together. They share a great rapport and their closeness will now be focussed upon. The phase of the story plot is crucially poised where Ranvijay (Ankit Gupta) and Vaiju share a friendly bond that has resonated from their secretive wedding.
Says Vishal, “I am excited for this new role in Maati Se Bandhi Dor. There will be light-hearted scenes with Vaiju as Milind and Vaiju share an amazing bond. They have been brought up together, and know each other very well.”
Vishal was prompted to accept the role as he felt it to be a big honour to don the uniform. “I come from a family where my grandfather was an SP and served the police force. I have been brought up in an ambience where I have seen him don the uniform in real. And to don a cop’s uniform for a show as an actor is a great feeling. It is a matter of pride for me to don the uniform.”
Ask Vishal whether his entry would lead up to a love triangle, and he says, “The protagonist in the show is married to two girls. My character knows the sisters and has been raised along with them. Milind has a special soft corner for Vaiju though. However, I am not aware how the story is being planned ahead.”
