Actress Aneri Vajani has recently entered Colors show Ram Bhavan in a scintillating cameo role in the role of Shivani, the suitor for Om Vajpayee, played by Mishkat Verma. Mishkat and Aneri have been an extremely popular pair onscreen, courtesy of their magical togetherness in the show Nisha aur Uske Cousins. Producer Rahul Tewary and Rolling Tales Production brought their magic back again by casting them together in Ram Bhavan.

We at IWMBuzz.com talked to Aneri about this great association with Mishkat again, and she had this to say. “Reuniting with Mishkat after so many years feels like coming full circle. We shared such a great bond both on-screen and off-screen back then, and stepping onto the set with him again has been an experience filled with nostalgia and excitement. There’s a certain comfort in working with someone you already have a natural equation with, it makes the process seamless and helps bring authenticity to our scenes. The chemistry we built during Nisha Aur Uske Cousins has remained intact, and revisiting that camaraderie in a new setting has been truly special.”

We asked Aneri about the prospect of getting back to TV and she said,
“Over the years, I have been waiting for the right opportunity to make a meaningful return. Unfortunately, I haven’t come across any role that genuinely excited me or aligned with my vision as an actor. However, the web space has opened up so many new avenues, and I am optimistic that something truly interesting will come my way soon.”

Talking at length about this opportunity with Ram Bhavan, Aneri averred, “When this opportunity came along, what immediately drew me to it was Mishkat Verma being part of the project. Having worked with him before, I knew the experience would be both enjoyable and creatively fulfilling. Though this is a cameo, it is a well-written and intriguing role, and the chance to share the screen with Mishkat again made it even more special. I hope the audience enjoys seeing us together again as much as we enjoy working together.”

Best of luck!!
