” I am trying to do my best to stay fit. I am doing pull-ups, push-ups and other workouts. Have some weights at home. Diet is the key. We human beings tend to eat a lot more than what is required and at a time when overall activity is less, diet is very important. I am just eating two meals in a day and not more. ”
