Young lad Kanwar Dhillon, who was last seen as Samrat in Internet Wala Love, is feeling blessed to become a reason behind many smiles at an old age home in Mumbai.
Recently, Kanwar along with mother, spent some quality time with the people at an old age home.
Talking about the same, he said, “I had a beautiful day out with the residents of “Kishan Gopal Rajpuria Vanprasthashram” old age home in Uttan, Gorai. My Mom’s Salon (RD’s Beauty Salon) completed 16 years in April this year and another friend’s event company completed 6 years in the business! We collaborated to celebrate the anniversary in a special way at Kishan Gopal Rajpuria Vanprasthashram and my mother had wanted to collaborate on something like this from a very long time. So I took mom along with her staff to the peaceful place in Gorai and we gave free Salon services to all the residents living there. Undoubtedly, it was a special day to be remembered and we have decided to create many more such days in the future as well. I met such happy, positive and warm uncles, aunties. I love my Mom for doing something like this and making me a part of it! The infectious energy of everyone at the old age home and the priceless smiles on their faces were more than enough to make us happy about what we did.”
He further adds, “I want to urge people to go out and help people in whatever way they can. Bringing a smile on someone’s face is the best social service one can do! It doesn’t have to be monetary, it can be anything and everything apart from it.”
