Zee TV has been a trendsetter in shaping television content over the past three decades. Having narrated several stories that have resonated beautifully with audiences across India and given us successful shows like ‘Manmohini’, ‘Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan’, and ‘Teri Meri Ikk Jindri’, Zee TV and LSD Productions have come together yet again to present viewers with a new fiction offering – ‘Rabb Se Hai Dua.’ Set against the backdrop of old Delhi, the show focuses on the journey of Dua who is married to Haider. A pure soul and a very simple girl at heart, Dua feels extremely blessed and grateful as she is leading what she considers a perfect married life, until one day when Haider confesses to having fallen in love with another woman. He seeks Dua’s permission to marry her and she is left shattered. Whether Dua will grant Haider’s wish or stand up to her husband’s request for a second marriage and assert the appropriate interpretation of the Quran which spells out the circumstances that justify a second marriage forms the crux of this compelling narrative.
We all know that it is very rare to find good friends at work, but when you do, there is nothing like it. Similarly, Karanvir Sharma and Aditi Sharma have become very good friends, they not only enjoy each other’s company but help each other to improve their craft. In fact, being on the same set and doing scenes together, they end up spending most of their off-screen time as well with each other. That’s not it! In this short span of time, they have become so close that they never miss a chance to prank each other and trouble each other in every possible way.
Aditi Sharma mentioned, “Aditi Sharma mentioned, “It has not been a long time since we are shooting together but in the last couple of weeks Karanvir and I have become very good friends. In fact, we are known for the constant mischief and pranks that we do with each other and all the other cast members including Richa Rathore, Saarvi Omana, Ankit Raizada, Melanie, Nishi Ji and Sheela Ji. We love having fun on the set and to keep the vibe very light and happy. We also keep making reels, making people laugh as well as pulling off some hilarious pranks on the cast and crew. Karanvir and I have developed a very strong bond with each other as well as the cast, but I know for a fact that he loves troubling me. He is the biggest prankster on the set of our show and when he does some prank on me, it leads to a fun revenge prank situation. My go-to buddy for pranking Karanvir is Richa and when we team up, he gets cornered (laughs). No matter what, I truly believe that Karanvir, Richa, Saarvi Omana, Ankit Rajizada, Melanie, Nisha Ji and Sheela ji are the ones who make my shoot days better. Our bond is really special, and I hope our bond only gets stronger with every passing day of our shoot.”
Well, it will be very interesting to witness the on-screen chemistry of this off-screen Tom and Jerry of the set, Karanvir and Aditi!
