On the occasion of World Kindness Day, which is observed on November 13, Sapna Babul Kaa… Bidaai fame Sara Khan, who is currently seen in Sun Neo’s Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya, felt, “I think the number of kind people in the world is decreasing as everybody is running behind something or the other, so people have no time and have become more practical with mostly no emotions.” Sara emphasizes on the need to be grounded in life and spread love and happiness around.

“Nowadays, people enjoy the pain and struggles of other people and can’t see the happiness and success of other people,” she added.

She pointed out that a small act of kindness can be as simple as a smile but it often goes overlooked. She added, “I feel a smile can do wonders! So always keep smiling and keep on spreading happiness and kindness.”

Asked how she stays grounded despite the pressure of fame, Sara said, “I feel fame and pressures of fame are very temporary, and kindness and being grounded make you a good person, and people remember you for what kind of person you are, so I feel that is the thing that helps me stay grounded.”

“And talking about showing kindness to myself, I take care of myself both mentally and physically. I just try to keep myself away from toxicity; I don’t get into unnecessary dramas and issues,” she concluded.
