As Munmun Dutta is a fitness freak actress, she likes to keep herself healthy. In the recent vlog shared by Munmun Dutta, she revealed what she eats and how she manages her diet.

And here we share what all she does.

Sharing her firm beliefs, Munmun said, “I believe you are what you eat. I have had a very healthy relationship with food. I have followed intermittent fasting, and I have followed eating small meals a day. I control my portions.”

The actress drinks water at 5:30 and works hard in the gym. And the reason to drink water is that ‘it Kickstarts your system.’ And even before going gym, she eats a banana and some dry fruits but never takes her breakfast directly. Munmun follows her religious timings. She eats poha, cereals, upma, and fruits for her breakfast.

Munmun prefers homemade food only for her lunch with all the healthy dishes like dal, roti, sabji, and rice. She says, “I am a big-time rice person. I am a true-blue Bengali. I have strictly instructed my cook to cook food in authentic Bengali style. She is also Bengali but is not much aware of the cooking style. I can cook too. My mom and I both instruct her.” And the most important thing is ghee, which is necessary as she says, “It’s very important to have good fats in your diet.”

Munmun likes to eat her food in proper dishes. If she is at home, she eats her food well decorated. She says, “It’s very important to have good fats in your diet.

Munmun is a fitness freak, and she takes up Dey fruits in the evening. She also likes to drink tea which she makes. Even her mother praises her for that. While at dinner, she eats the same food that she had at lunch. As the food is made once. But if someone asks her to eat outside, she prefers ‘daal khichdi’, which is her favorite. “While mostly my dinner is the same as lunch because food is cooked only once. But if I am outside and someone asks me what I want to eat, I have daal khichdi. It’s my comfort food.”
