The episode of Kundali Bhagya starts with Preeta telling Karan that they need to tell the truth to the family soon. She says she feels guilty as the family members care a lot about her. Karan says they will inform the family but first, they will go to the doctor. He calls the doctor and books an appointment. Kritika enters the room and sees that Prithvi is in the washroom. His phone rings and she sees that there are many missed calls from his manager. From the messages, she comes to know that Prithvi has asked the manager to book a table at a coffee shop. Kritika thinking it’s for her gets happy and goes to get ready.
Srishti opens the door and sees Sarla. She looks for Preeta. Sarla asks her what she is looking for. Srishti says Sarla was angry, so she thought she will bring Preeta with her. Sarla says she was angry but didn’t go there to bring Preeta back with her, she went to check if Preeta is fine. Sarla asks Srishti if she feels what Karan did was wrong. Srishti says she doesn’t know what’s right and wrong. But the child that Sonakshi delivered died, so what’s the point of thinking about a mistake that doesn’t exist anymore. She says she didn’t inform Sarla about it as Preeta told her not to as she gets angry and does things in anger. Sarla says she is a mother and does what she feels is right for her daughters.
Sarla says she can’t bring Preeta home as she belongs there. The whole family love and care for her as well as Karan. She says Karan stood by Preeta even when she revealed that she cant become a mother. Srishti is confused, so Sarla informs her about Preeta’s truth. Prithvi and Sherlyn go for their coffee date. Prithvi parks his car in front of a bouquet shop. The shopkeeper tells him to not park there, Prithvi gets out and starts arguing with him. Sherlyn sees Preeta and Karan going inside a fertility clinic, so follows them.
Karan and Preeta enter the clinic and meet the doctor. The doctor tells them that she has checked the reports again and there is nothing serious. She however advises them to be positive and happy. Preeta gets a call from Srishti, so goes outside the room to talk to her. She asks Srishti if everything is fine. Srishti says that she is a bad sister as she never realised the pain behind her smile. Preeta tells her that she wanted to inform everyone, but couldn’t as everyone was very happy. She tells Srishti to not worry as Sonakshi introduced them to a doctor who told her that it is possible for her to become pregnant. Sherlyn from the corner hears everything. She thinks that she will reveal this truth to the family and they will start hating Preeta.
