TV actor Ankita Lokhande had an extravagant wedding ceremony in Mumbai on December 14, 2022. She tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Vicky Jain. The wedding was preceded by many pre-wedding functions including sangeet, cocktail, Mehendi and haldi. It was a very lavish ceremony.
However, now in a video that she posted on her Instagram account, the ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actress has playfully introduced her entire family on the occasion of her housewarming ceremony. Dressed in a very traditional red silk saree, Ankita looks gorgeous like a new bride. She has taken on the role of Tulsi Virani from ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’. Everyone in the video looked really happy and cheerful dressed in festive clothes.
Ankita as Tulsi introduced her in-laws and the rest of the family while dancing around the house in an iconic way. When she came to her husband, Vicky Jain, she termed him ‘Pati Parmeshwar’. Indeed this was a very sweet video. She captioned it as, “Archana Deshmukh X Tulsi Virani. I had super fun recreating this video with my family at our housewarming puja! This Ekta Kapoor leading ladies fusion was surely a lovely one. ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ was a hit Indian TV serial which aired from 2000 to 2008 and starred Smriti Irani, Hiten Tejwani and Ronit Roy in lead roles.
