Mohit Kumar the lead of Sony TV’s Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2 is a good-looking dude, tall and lanky with a good physique.

The hard-working lad is into his first show on TV and is equally dedicated to keeping himself fit as a fiddle. He dedicates good time to his fitness workout on an everyday basis and this is what we got to know when we touched base with him for a fitness special segment!!

Fitness Mantra: To run 5-6 km every day to maintain my stamina after my pack up from the shoot. When I was not shooting, I used to hit the gym for two hours.

Cheat Food: I love eating sweets. Even when I am working out I can’t resist sweets

Favourite exercise: I love doing cardio and functional training

Fruit or juices:  Fruits. I can’t work out on empty stomach. So I usually eat apple or banana in the morning

Stairs or lift: Stairs as it helps me in staying in shape

Your best fitness routine will comprise: If I wake up early, I go on a 5km run in empty stomach. I have my breakfast and workout for at least 45 minutes. But when I am shooting I just go for 5-6 km running every day after pack up.

One tip for everyday fitness:  Amidst the daily chores that we get into, we do not get time for a workout. In that case, we should at least keep a check on our diet. Running for 30 minutes daily is a good exercise.
