Aditi Bhagat, who is currently seen as Aasma in Ravie Dubey and Sargun Mehta’s Udaariyaan on Colors, is a big animal lover and has even adopted a dog on the sets of her show who gives her company as well as motivation. The actress is shooting for the show in Chandigarh and is away from her family, but it’s her furry friend who makes her miss them a little less.
She said, “I have adopted a dog on the sets of the show, and he keeps me motivated. Every day is not the same, and there are days when I feel gloomy, and my pawsome friend helps me get through those days. He keeps me sane. Actually, I love animals, I love to be around them, and though I have adopted just one, there are so many other dogs I have befriended. They give me peace of mind, and I give them food and love.”
While her character is being appreciated by everyone, Aditi confesses that she feels blessed to be playing Aasma. She said, “I am playing the lead for the first time, and every day is so exciting. It truly feels amazing, and I am so grateful. Every day, when I wake up, I thank the Universe for giving me this show. I believe in manifestation, and I think it has somewhere helped me get such a brilliant role.”
She also shared that she connects to her character a lot, except for one aspect. “Aasma is very mature, she is independent, and she does things on her own, just like me. Both Aditi and Aasma are very positive, and you will never see them without a smile on their faces. However, the only difference I can say is that Aasma is very expressive, she lets everyone know how she feels, but that’s not the case with Aditi. Aditi doesn’t display her emotions,” she said.
Aditi also shared that playing the lead in the show is definitely a milestone in her career. She confessed that it has impacted her career in a positive way, and she is enjoying it.
“It has impacted my career and how. I love working, I love to be in front of the camera, and this show has made me fall in love with the process of acting even more,” Aditi concluded.
