The actress like every other star, believes that keeping healthy skin also involves having a healthy diet! The actress keeps herself hydrated and never strays from her diet plan! The actress has quite a strict diet plan too.

According to a Her Zindagi report, she usually kicks off her day with a cup of coffee which helps with detoxing and cleansing her system. She has something like a vegetable omelet for breakfast. The actress makes it a point to stay away from any kind of junk food, instead, she prefers to eat home-cooked meals. She prefers to eat rajma channels over Hakka noodles. She snacks on dry fruits and nuts before events and shoots. This helps with her bloating! She finished her dinner by 7 to 8 pm. She doesn’t have a cheat day or cheat meals.

According to the same report, this is what the actress had to say about her diet, “I stay away from all the dark chocolates and junk food in the world. As far as possible, I keep a distance from all the enticing food that usually tempts me. Moreover, I make it a point to eat ‘Ghar Ka Khaana’ which at times gets boring, but that’s anyway better and hygienic.”
