Ashi Singh earned her name in the entertainment industry with the classic tv serial ‘Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai’. The talented diva was then seen gracing our tv screens yet again with the show ‘Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga’. The diva who has now become a well-known name in the industry has had her fair share of struggles during her initial days. According to Hindustan Times reports, Ashi Singh revealed that she shifted to Mumbai when she was only 15-16. Ashi’s father’s friend suggested she do a course in acting and on the basis of that advice, the young actress did a diploma in the same field. However, the actress stated that nothing much worked out even after the acting course for the diva. Her parents even suggested she come back home but Ashi revealed that she was determined that she has to try her best, especially since she has done a course in the same field to pursue her passion. The actress auditioned for 2 years and finally landed a small role in the show ‘Secret Dairies’.
Ashi described that even though this was a small role, she was happy and it meant that she was moving ahead step by step. The actress was then offered opportunities with shows like ‘Savdhaan India’, ‘Gumraah’, ‘Crime Petrol’ and a few others.
Speaking of her struggles the actress said “It gets tough if you are there on your own but thankfully I had my family’s support and got a break in the industry at the right time, else it wouldn’t have been possible to sustain and make a mark.
