Anupamaa star Paras Kalnawat’s exit from the show has created a buzz in the industry. And as per the reports, makers claimed that they terminated the contract as he broke the contract rules and signed for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10 on the opposition channel. While the actor revealed that he had priorly informed the team and suggested that as he didn’t have any prominent role to play in the show so he would take up a new project. The actor expressed his thoughts in the interview.
When questioned about being treated unfairly, the Anupamaa star said his experience on the show was not good. And without saying much about it, he revealed that he was being cornered and said, “My scenes were cut. I was put in a bad light; people started falsely gossiping about me that I had threatened them and spoken certain things about them. As I said, I had not done that.”
Paras also spilled the beans that if senior actors complain about the young actor, makers will surely believe. Asking about his fallout with co-star Rupali Ganguly, Paras said it’s not we didn’t get along, but there is a certain difference. “I still respect her and think she still has a little love left for me,” he added.
Paras opened up about taking up the JDJ 10 project and said, “While I am thankful to Rajan sir for giving me this wonderful show, I did not have much to do for a long time. I did not want to stand idle without a dialogue, even when we were doing 18-page scenes. I had escalated about the same with the concerned authorities, who promised they would work out something, but I couldn’t wait any longer. So when Jhalak came my way, as an actor and on a personal level, the new challenge excited me.”
