Neha Marda, who is known for her performances in shows Balika Vadhu, Devon Ka Dev… Mahadev, is back on screen with a new show named Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti on Zee TV.
Talking about her show, Neha says, “We often hear that it is the responsibilities of the elders to take care of the kids and family. However, this show will depict a beautiful story wherein the kids team up to rekindle the love between their parents. That is the beauty of the show.”
Neha feels there are no similarities between her character and real-life. “One thing that is common between me and my character Shubhra is that we both are married. However, apart from that, there are a lot of differences. I don’t know Marathi and as in the show I belong to a Maharashtrian family, I have to speak Marathi. There were challenges to understand the character in the right way,” the actress shares.
Commenting on her experience while working with kids on set, Neha adds, “I have been shooting on set with Siddhant and the child artists, Rishu and Roli aka Pratyasksh Panwar and Mannat Murgai for quite some time and we have formed a very dear bond with them all, especially with the kids. I believe children have their unique way of understanding one’s emotions and their rawness and beauty can be breath-taking. They sleep with me after the shoot as well. I think while doing this show, I have evoked certain maternal instincts and I also want to become a mother. It is great to be around kids and working with them.”
Good luck Neha!
