People should appreciate the talent a person has, and look if they are hard working and willing to be in different characters. Please, cast them as much as you can. Everyone needs work at the end of the day. You can’t target someone saying ‘ye TV ka ho isko hum vaha film ya web space me nahi lenge’. That is not right.
