Anjita Poonia the talented young actress is happy to be back shooting for a new show. Anjita who has featured in shows Chidiya Ghar and Ishq Subhan Allah has entered the Star Plus show Lockdown Ki Lovestory produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions. She is playing the childhood friend of Dhruv, essayed by Mohit Malik.
The character of Anjita will bring in a huge twist in the love lives of Dhruv and Sonam (Sana Sayyad), who are going to be married in the show.
Says Anjita, “I am happy to be back working amidst this pandemic scare. I am excited to play this character of Milky. It is a very interesting role is what I can tell you now. She is the childhood friend of Dhruv and appears in the track when he is getting married.”
“This character is so different from what Anjita is in real life. She is a very relatable character, and viewers can understand where she comes from. Playing Milky is a big challenge for me, and I expect to do justice to it,” she adds.
Anjita who has recently joined the cast of Lockdown Ki Lovestory feels like home on the set. “It never seemed like I joined the show only few days back. Mohit and Sana are so warm and friendly. The entire cast is splendid; they made me feel so comfortable.”
Ask her about her expectations from the role and Anjita avers, “I want to deliver what I am expected of in the best way. This role will test my acting skills and I am ready for it.”
