My role was getting dragged: Dalljiet Kaur on exit from Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega

Dalljiet Kaur has started shooting for her next project in Delhi with her negative track in Zee TV drama  Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega, soon coming to an end.

“At the moment, I am shooting in the outskirts of the capital for something interesting.  I will not want to comment on it more, suffice to say it is bigger than TV and web. ” have some Guddan patchwork left and will wrap up my shoot with them on the 27th of  this month.”

She further adds, “I am glad that the makers (Shoonya Square Productions Private Limited) have decided to end my negative character for it was dragging now.”

Do you feel your Bigg Boss detour cut short your character?  She had returned to Guddan after her short-lived stint in the house.

“No, when you play an outright negative character (Antara had bumped of five people in the show ), it can’t last too long. Her truth was out, so had exit stage left. “ have made good friends in the form o fGuddan leads  i.e.Nishant Malkani and Kanika Mann.”

Coming to BiggBoss, she feels that Siddharth Shukla was the appropriate winner,  “All the action in the house (love and hatred, etc.) centered around him. I also like  Asim Riaz a lot, for he has grown big time as an artist. I am very happy for my Bigg Boss journey, however small; even Salman praised my efforts. I  will never regret any career step as all have contributed to wherever I  have reached now.”

When we ask about Shehnaaz Gill deciding to get married despite getting so close to Shukla, she says, “We all know that there is no guarantee that she will even get hitched. The new show is just an attempt on the part of colors to let Sana shine a bit more,  given her high entertainment quotient, which in turn speaks volumes of her as an artist. We need to stop judging her and seeing things only from one prism.”
