Young and talented Diana Khan who has acted in Bollywood film Ghayal Once Again and TV show Parvarish 2, will be back on-screen to entertain the audience in a different avatar.
The actress will be seen in Colors TV upcoming TV show titled as Bahu Begum
Produced by LSD Films, Bahu Begum beautifully depicts the royal Islamic vignette, culture, and meaningful symbolic rituals surrounding marriage. Begum Raziya is the matriarchal head of the most prestigious family of the city who has created her own dynasty by being at the forefront of politics and public life.
Talking about the show, Diana Khan, who is portraying the role of Shayra shares, “This is my first television outing with Colors and I am really grateful to be working with such experienced cast. Shayra is a girl who is well-educated, a modern woman with fierce emotions. She falls head over heels in love with Azaan but fate shatters all her dreams and brings many complexities in her life.”
Ask about her outdoor shoot in Bikaner, she adds, “It was a fun shoot but I was hit by a horse during the shoot. I was getting down from the horse. Soon, the horse hit hard on my head. I was on the floor for 2 mins. This memory is with me for a lifetime.”
Commenting about her bond with co-stars, Diana says, “I and Samiksha Jaiswal are like gossip queens. We both share the same room so we have bonded really well.”
