Gaurav Gera is one of the most talented actors and comedians of the Indian Entertainment industry. His character of Nandu from the hit daily soap, ‘Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi’ is extremely popular and apart from that, he’s extremely loved for his ability to use Snapchat filters to meet up with the demands of his fans. Some of his other popular characters are Dulari, Chutki, Addu and others. Gaurav has had a fabulous journey in the entertainment industry and for someone like him who’s made it big without the support of any ‘Godfather’, his efforts are truly commendable.

But what about that stage of life when an individual needs to take that call of listening to his heart and inform parents about what he wants to do in life? While some choose to inform their parents about the same, some go against family to pursue what they want. So what was it in Gaurav’s case when he decided to shift to Mumbai? When we, at IWMBuzz, asked him about the same, he said and we quote,

“I personally feel it’s very important to convince your parents about your dream and vision. I still remember how I convinced my parents and they supported me. I remember my father asking me to complete my education properly and then follow my heart. I feel lucky and blessed for having such parents in life. I would say that ideally, everyone should try to convince their parents and more often than not, they will support you in your vision and dreams.”

Kudos to Gaurav for everything that he’s done with his acting career till today and given the kind of potential he has, the sky is the limit for an artist like him. For more updates, stay tuned to IWMBuzz.com.
