Talented thespian Ayub Khan, who has been part of shows like Gud Se Meetha Ishq, Ranju Ki Betiyaan, and Shakti, is back on-screen with a new character named Vikram in Colors TV’s latest offering Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal.
Sharing about his thoughts on the show, Ayub said, “It is not run-of-the-mill content and that keeps me excited and enthusiastic about being part of the show. The story is not a saas-bahu drama hence it intrigued me to say yes to the project. Werewolf is never attempted on Indian television and this is the USP of the show.”
Elaborating about his character in the drama, the actor added, “I am playing the protagonist’s (Gashmeer Mahajani) father in the show. The show looks different and it will be an interesting experience. Vikram is a headstrong father. With his entry, the show will witness a lot of twists. The story is about werewolves which young audiences can easily identify with. I feel so because they like such kind of content.”
When asked about forming a bond with Reem Shaikh, Gashmeer Mahajani, and Karan Kundrra, Ayub mentioned, “The co-stars are very respectful right now. But I wish to break this formality and want to become friends with them. They are great performers and it inspires me to see such great performances.”
