The love track in Sasural Simar Ka 2 of Gagan and Aditi was totally unexpected: Akash Jagga

Akash Jagga the talented actor who is part of Sasural Simar Ka 2 gets into a conversation with IWMBuzz.com.

Talented young actor Akash Jagga who was earlier part of Kasautii Zindagii Kay is happy with his character starting to open up in Colors show Sasural Simar Ka 2.

Akash plays Gagan, the youngest son of the Narayan family. He is the brother of Simar (Radika Muthukumar) and Reema (Tanya Sharma). As we know, a new love tale has kick-started between Gagan and the daughter of the Oswal house, Aditi (Shubhanshi Singh).

Says Akash, “I feel really good. This love track was unexpected and everything happened too quickly, but I’m grateful. And thanks to the audience as well, they are loving Gagan and Aditi.”

Gagan’s character has been patiently seeing the humiliations his parents have gone through. Ask him about the feelings that he needs to bring in to play Gagan, and Akash tells us, “I have never played a character who is this emotional. He really cares for his sisters and his family. He cares for his dad, especially after all that he has been through, he cannot keep silent. He has kept waiting for a long time, but now he cannot tolerate all that Geetanjali Devi has done against his family.”

Ask him how his love life with Aditi will shape up in the show, and he explains, “Gagan and Aditi do love each other, and there will be a lot of drama in our track. That’s all I’m supposed to say, so yes viewers can expect a lot of entertainment.”

Talking about his journey so far with Sasural Simar Ka 2, Akash quips, “When we started shooting in April, it was just like going for the shoot and coming back. Being in Agra, I made a lot of new friends (from SSK2 and Shakti both). It was a lot of fun. And since then it has been the same. I hope we keep shooting and working like this and keep entertaining you all.”

On the kind of roles that he would like to play, the young actor categorically says, “I would love to play a grey character, or a dark character but not negative. I don’t want to do anything negative because the audience starts hating the actor as well. I want my audience to love me.”

On the camaraderie with actors, Akash speaks out, “I am closest to both my on-screen sisters Tanya and Radhika and Jayati ma’am too. I keep blabbering in front of her, talking about varied topics from work to spiritualism. And even Shubhanshi is a good friend.

Adding more to his coming love tale in the show, he explains, “I was shocked when people started to notice our scenes. It was amazing. They love to see Gagan-Aditi scenes. I hope we are showered with more love in the time to come.”

Best of luck, Akash!!
