Sana Sayyad, the young and talented beauty, has been in the industry for many years and has challenged herself as an actor with every new role. The actress, who has entertained masses in projects like Papa By Chance, Divya Drishti, Lockdown Ki Love Story, is currently seen as Sejal in Colors TV’s latest show Spy Bahu.
Talking about her new show, Sana shared, “The moment I learnt that Sejal is going to be a spy, I was sold on that. I was ready to come on board. I had a different image of a spy in my mind. I thought I will be given a role wherein I will be very perfect, intelligent, and composed. However, Sejal as a character is so different. Sejal attracts a lot of unwanted attention. She is a girl who is fun-loving but also very sharp-witted at the same time. I am very thrilled and looking forward to this new venture.”
Sana revealed the story behind her look. She mentioned: “In television, there is hardly any moment when a female lead gets an opportunity to stand out in terms of her look. They all wear very subtle clothes. However, Sejal has a very different look in the show. I believe Sejal’s outfits justify her character. Always building a character is not just acting. I believe it is a lot of hard work not just by the actor but also by the make-up artist, stylist, and other members who are related to it. Hence there is a big team involved in creating Sejal and her different look.”
When asked about the concept of the daily, Sana added, “I am glad that we are bringing such an amazing concept to Indian television. Spy stories have always held a special corner in my heart and now I am struggling to wrap my head around the fact that I’m going to be a part of one thanks to Spy Bahu. It is a very promising show hence the story is going to stand out. I am sure you will fall in love with it.”
