Actor Jatin Suri, who plays the role of Raja Kothari in Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi’s Star Plus show Anupamaa, is happy to be a part of this cult show.
“The typical day on the set is usually work, laugh, prepare, support, and focus on the positive side. I love coming to the set every day! It has become my daily routine, and the team feels like a family. There’s a lot of teamwork and coordination required to execute a show like Anupamaa, and everyone works together as a supportive team to bring out the best of each other,” he says.
When there are a lot of like-minded people in one place, a healthy atmosphere helps the performance too. He says, “This team feels like a family who want to see you grow and succeed and the other way around.”
Talking about chemistry with his co-actors, he says, “Having good chemistry with your co-stars, both on and off-screen, can be quite important in many ways. The connection between actors can enhance the authenticity of their performances, making the relationship between characters feel more natural and believable. Off-screen chemistry plays a pivotal role, as it can create a supportive working environment, leading to better performances.”
As for working with Director’s Kut Productions, he says, “It’s incredible to work with them. They are so clear about everything. For me, as I added earlier, it helps with the mindset, clarifies expectations, and there is no place for misunderstandings.”
