I think I am kind of enjoying being single: Adaa Khan on her relationship status

Adaa Khan on her relationship status

After announcing her entry into showbiz with Palampur Express in 2009, Adaa Khan proved her mettle in a number of hit shows. From Behenein, Amrit Manthan, Piya Basanti Re, Naagin to a number of reality shows, the actor never fails to surprise her audience. Khan’s latest music video Mohabbat Phir Ho Jayegi alongside Arjun Bijlani has been received well. She is now looking forward to her next song Jugni. Talking about reuniting with Bijlani after Naagin, Khan adds, “He is more like a friend than a colleague. Our chemistry off-screen reflects on screen. Since we share a good rapport, it becomes all the more easier to work with each other. It never feels like we are working. Our fans lovingly call us #ardaa… They also enjoy watching us together. I feel blessed to have such cooperative co-stars and fans in my life.”

A discussion about a love song like Mohabbat Phir Ho Jayegi is incomplete if we don’t ask Khan whether she has someone special in her life. “Well, I think I am kind of enjoy being single because firstly you are not answerable to anyone. You can do whatever you wish to do without asking or informing anyone. Secondly, there is no stress of constantly thinking about whether the person in your life is loyal or not. Third and the most important thing is that you can travel whenever and wherever you want to. I am a solo traveller. I can plan my trips on my own terms and conditions,” she says adding that she is happy to have with her loving family and friends around her when she needs them.

That Khan is an avid traveller isn’t unknown. She has been to places across India and even abroad. She enjoys travelling solo and takes out time for her expeditions whenever she can. “In 2020, I visited Italy and Europe after completing the shoot for Sitara in 2019. In a span of six months, I travelled to countries like Paris, Barcelona, Dubai, Switzerland and Maldives. I enjoyed paragliding in Mount Titus. I explored cities, cultures, mingled with the natives and ended up making new friends. And, unlike what many might think, I don’t really go shopping. I enjoy discovering new places, soak in the vibe and know everything that makes the place special,” she shares.
