Parth Samthaan, who is now one of the most popular TV performers, reportedly disclosed that he used to weigh 110 kg and that doctors warned him that if he didn’t lose weight, he’d have a heart attack. His change from being overweight to becoming the hunk that he is now was not easy.
He is most known for playing Manik in Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan, and romancing Erica Fernandes in Kasautii Zindagi Kay. “When I was younger and larger, I used to gorge myself on my mother’s chicken and egg-based recipes. For me, my sister used to cook halwa. When she comes by now, she still cooks it; however, I just take a small portion of it,” he explained (laughing)
When asked about his weight loss struggles, he informed the reporters, “I took it seriously. I am a very extreme person, so when it came to losing weight, I became extremely picky. I used to count my calories even when drinking a glass of water. It wasn’t simple for me to lose 32 kg in four months.”
“Even my trainer told me,” he said. “I was a bashful kid,” he responded when asked if the girls used to like him earlier. “It was impossible to have a conversation with a girl. I also recall the change phase, when the same girls texted me, asking whether I was still the same overweight guy.”
