Dharmesh Yelande is an amazing dancer and actor who gained fame and recognition as a participant in Dance India Dance. Dharmesh impressed everyone with his killer dance moves. He has also been a part of many other dance reality shows and has performed as a judge as well. Dharmesh was the choreographer for Tees Maar Khan. Dharmesh went on to act in films and appeared in the movie ‘ABCD: Anybody Can Dance’, ‘Banjo’, ‘Street Dancer’ and a few others. Today he is one of the best-known dancers who has made his mark in Bollywood. But the actor has faced a lot of hardships before he made it this far and established fame and popularity for him. According to Republic World reports, his life turned upside down after the municipality demolished his father’s shop. His father then set up a tea stall to sustain the family, but it wasn’t enough.
Even with poor financial conditions, Dharmesh’s father let Dharmesh join a dance class to follow his dreams. This drastically dropped his grades and he quit college. Dharmesh then worked as peon and at the same time taught dance to kids, according to republic world.
The talented dancer then shifted to Mumbai to pursue his dreams and participated in ‘Boogie Woogie’ and used the prize money he earned to pay off his father’s debt. He later participated in Dance India Dance and gained widespread popularity even though he did not win. From then on, he went on climbing the success ladder and has been inspiring us with his story.
