Ekta Kapoor is a popular producer who majorly produces TV shows and serials. Her variety of content wins hearts in a go. The star has been the reason behind some good content on TV. However, the web show XXX on Alt Balaji has brought Ekta Kapoor in trouble for hurting the sentiments of soldiers and their wives.
It is an erotic comedy-drama web show. Ken Ghosh directs it. It is on-demand on the ALT Balaji platform. The shoot of the series began in 2015. And later, it was scheduled to release in 2016, but due to censorship, it was released in September 2018. And the second season of Ekta Kapoor’s show has new things brewing.
Producer Ekta recently got an arrest warrant along with her mother, Shobha Kapoor, who was also involved in the making of XXX 2. Mr. Kumar of Begusarai 2020 lodged the complaint. Her next season features many objectionable scenes related to a soldier’s wife.
Ekta Kapoor’s web show is reported to show that a wife of a soldier in the Indian army is having an affair. And in a scene, she makes her boyfriend wear that dress and tears up, which hurts the sentiments of people that show disrespect towards soldiers.
While Ekta Kapoor said those scenes were removed from the show. And they also asked for apologies for hurting the sentiments unintentionally. Also, there are fake casting directors who are spreading fake rumors about Balaji Telefilms and asking for money.
