He believes in having a good state of mind and equates that to looking handsome or beautiful. Says Zohaiib, “Being fit is not about looking handsome or beautiful, it’s a state of mind. Once you know the benefits of keeping fit, you don’t stay away from it.”

“It becomes a part of your discipline and day-to-day routine. Fitness keeps you motivated and focused towards your goals. It boosts your testosterone levels and encourages you to keep moving forward,” he says.

“But as I said, you need to be disciplined. There is a famous saying – Early to bed, early to rise, makes a person healthy and wise. So always start your day early, go out, run, workout, burn your calories, eat healthy and sleep early,” he continues.

He goes on to say, “You feel energetic and pumped throughout the day. Sweating out releases toxins and fat from your body which in turn makes you younger and fresh. It also keeps your sugar level on the mark and keeps your heart young. All this will keep you out of unnecessary stress and diseases, making you more focused towards your target.”
