Review Of Star Bharat’s Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai: Fresh Pair Wins Hearts

IWMBuzz.com reviews Star Bharat’s show Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai

Star Bharat introduced a refreshing show Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai produced by Sandeep Sikcand under his production house SOL Production. The daily features Sayli Salunkhe, Karan V Grover, Priyamvada Singh, Alii Khan, Sanjay Swaraj, Aryan Arora, Shireen Mirza, and Kushagre Dua in pivotal roles.

The story revolves around Indu and Ritesh. A heartbroken Indu (Sayli Salunkhe) feels that life is unfair to her until she crosses paths with Zoon (Kiara Sadh), a newborn orphaned baby, and decides to nurture her. Zoon is one of those few who loves and cares for Indu unconditionally, but also feels an absence of a father figure in her life. Ritesh (Karan V Grover), a famous Bollywood actor has everything a man desires but a connection in which he can pour his heart out. He is guilt-driven from an incident in the past with a wound so deep but somehow manages to carry a smile for which is sold in the name of stardom.

Due to a twist of fate, Ritesh misunderstands Indu, as a mother figure to Zoon and unknowingly creates a huge ruckus in her life and leading to a custody battle between Indu and Zoon’s biological parents. Indu confronts him and he realizes his mistake and saves Zoon, whom he has started to love dearly and has formed a connection with. He decides to marry Indu. Both Indu and Ritesh love Zoon but hate each other.

After witnessing the first few episodes, we can say the show has begun on a good note. Karan aces his role as the flamboyant, practical, and dashing super star Ritesh. Lead actress Sayli’s performance as Indu left a mark as she managed to touch hearts with her endearing sincerity and warmth. The casting of the show is apt. Their fresh pairing is like a breath of fresh air.

Looking at the storyline, this new drama is nothing out-of-the-box and is a typical daily soap. However, it has managed to win hearts with just a few episodes. After witnessing the promos, Bohot Pyaar Karte Hai was compared to Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, however, the show is definitely not a copy of the cult drama. It is quite different from Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s storyline. Overall; it is a decent watch. It gives a feel-good vibe. We hope that the show continues to capture the audience’s attention in the near future too.

IWMBuzz.com credits the show 3 out of 5 stars.
