Indian Idol season 12 is receiving criticism from every corner. It all started when Amit Kumar opened up about not enjoying the episode dedicated to his later father.
And now soon after Amit Kumar, Indian Idol season 1 winner Abhijeet Sawant became the second celebrity to slam the show. During a conversation with Aaj Tak, Abhijeet was quoted as saying,
“If you look at the regional reality shows, then the audience will hardly know about the background of the contestants. Their focus is only on singing, but in Hindi reality shows, the tragic and sad stories of contestants are redeemed. The focus is only on that.”
