Colors’ Thapki Pyar Ki produced by SOL and Shoonya Square is all set for the generation leap wherein the story ahead will focus on Thapki’s grown-up daughters.
Grown up in different ambiences, Bani (Jigyasa Singh) and Tina (Kritika Sharma) would have different approaches to life. While Bani will be raised in a chawl, courtesy her kidnap by Kosi (Smita Singh), Tina will be brought up at her home.
We at Indianwikimedia.com have already reported about Kritika Sharma, Gaurav Wadhwa of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame playing the new generation leads along with Jigyasa Singh.
We now have the other guy’s name who would be paired opposite Bani.
Actor Abhinandan Jindal who rose to fame as Rohan in Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka has been roped in to play the new lead in the show.
His character will be similar to that of Aamir Khan’s in the movie Rangeela. He will be a typical tapori character who would be in love with Bani.
As for Abhinandan, he was supposed to enter Colors’ Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki, but was replaced at the last minute. However, the actor seems to have impressed the channel quite a lot to have bagged the lead role in Thapki Pyar Ki.
