Popular Bollywood actor Adi Irani, who is best known for his roles in movies like Baazigar, Dil, Anari, Pyare Mohan and Welcome, is back on screen.
As per our sources, “The actor will join the cast of Sony Sab show Madam Sir.”
The show is based in Lucknow, four female police officers will take up all challenges they will be facing while looking to resolve them in their uniquely distinct style. The star cast featuring Gulki Joshi (Haseena Mallik), Yukti Kapoor (Karishma Singh), Bhavika Sharma (Santosh Sharma), Sonali Naik (Pushpa Singh) along with Gaurav Wadhwa is a fresh take on the current social issues.
We buzzed Adi and channel’s spokesperson but they remained unavailable for comment.

Later, he confirmed and said, “I am quite happy and delighted, as this is the first time I am working with Sony Sab. I am sure this will win all the audience’s hearts, as there is a lot of situational and sensible comedy. Of what I understood about the story I have acted in, is that it tells you the facts of what is happening in our country in a light and entertaining way. I am sure that the audience is going to love it.”
