Versatile actor Amit Dolawat who is presently seen in Zee TV’s Ishq Subhan Allah will join the cast of Star Plus’ mythological fantasy tale, Karn Sangini produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions.
He will step in to play the role of Lord Krishna, the role which was earlier being played by Anant Joshi.
Amit who recently joined Ishq Subhan Allah has been garnering great response for his role of the army officer Aamir which has a mixture of action and romance.
Getting back to Karn Sangini, Amit has earlier worked with Shashi Sumeet Productions for Diya Aur Baati Hum.
When contacted, Amit confirmed the news saying, “My last stint with Shashi Sumeet in Diya Baati was received very well. Post that we wanted to work together. This is the best role and show to associate with them again.”
Amit always looks for performance-oriented roles. He plays the army man who has lost one hand in an army battle in Ishq Subhan Allah. There is a blooming love track between his character and Alina, sister of Kabir.
