Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw the Shahs celebrate New Year while Vanraj heads off to Anuj’s residence and gets shocked to learn about Malvika’s past. Later, Anuj and Vanraj praise Anupama’s way of consoling Malvika. Later, Anupama and Anuj shake a leg with the Shahs at the park and cheer Malvika up. On the other hand, Kavya secretly leaves the Shah house in search of inner peace. Anupama sees Vanraj and Malvika together and warns Vanraj to focus on work instead of Malvika. Anupama decides to return home but Anuj and Malvika persuade Anupama to stay. Anuj subsequently demands a promise from Anupama. On the other hand, Leela spots Samar and Nandini in a heated dispute.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw the Birlas depart from the Goenka mansion and attend a crucial surgery. Later, Abhimanyu feels uneasy as Akshara meets with a fatal accident. Abhimanyu operates on Akshara while the Goenkas are shocked to learn about her accident. Later, Manish and Kairav visit the Birla hospital. As Akshara’s surgery goes well, the Goenkas and the Birlas heave a sigh of relief. Further, Abhimanyu resolves to keep an eye on Akshara’s condition. Akshara thinks Dr. Rohan saved her, but the nurse corrects her. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu berates himself for not controlling his emotions in front of Akshara. The Goenkas are relieved as Akshara gets discharged from the hospital. Later, the Birlas suggest the Goenkas focus on the wedding now. Akshara is torn between exposing Arohi and keeping quiet. What will she choose?
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms over the last week saw Preeta show Nagre the property papers and he tears them. However, Preeta laughs and reveals that they were not the original papers. Preeta records Nagre’s confessions and threatens to get his license cancelled. Karan, Sameer, and Rakhi rejoice over Nagre and Prithvi’s helplessness. Later, Nagre and Prithvi frame Preeta and get her arrested by pressing false charges against her. Nagre and Prithvi feel victorious after the police take Preeta away. Karan returns home and finds it strange when Preeta is nowhere to be found. He asks Rakhi for Preeta and Prithvi arrogantly tells her that she has been arrested. Karan and Prithvi get into a scuffle when the latter speaks ill about Preeta. Karan’s family looks after him, and Kritika tends to Prithvi’s wounds. Later, Nagre’s recruits push Preeta off a cliff. Is Preeta dead?
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB show produced by Neela Telefilms saw Anjali call Taarak’s boss and ask him to give her husband the day off. The dietician arrives at Gokuldham Society to check on the Mehtas. Taarak sees a cart carrying ‘karela’ into the Gokuldham Society and loses his composure. Dr. Hathi calls a psychiatrist to help with Taarak’s condition. All members of the Gokuldham Society meet to find a solution for Taarak’s condition. After the psychiatrist fails to help, Babita suggests taking help from a Baba. Tapu Sena tries to convince Bhide and Bapuji to stop the Baba from coming to Gokuldham. The Mahila Mandal visits the Mehtas to support them by getting some food for Taarak. Bhide lies to his customers, neighbours and students to keep the news of Taarak’s ‘bhoot’ coming out. Choodi Wala Baba makes preparations to help eliminate the ghost inside Taarak. The ‘Choodi Wale Baba’ performs his rituals to eliminate the ghost inside Taarak. Taarak and Tapu Sena struggle to find a way out from the mess they have gotten themselves in.
Udaariyaan, the Colors show produced by Dreamiyata Entertainment saw Fateh is delighted when he learns that Tejo and her family have agreed to grace the Lohri celebrations at his house. Fateh hopes that the families reconcile. Jasmine disrupts the Lohri celebrations and creates a scene humiliating the Virks and the Sandhus publically. Furthermore, she warns the two families about a terrifying surprise she has for them. Fateh and Tejo sit together in the bus after Fateh joins Tejo for an educational trip. Meanwhile, Jasmine meets with Angad, and the duo concocts a strategy against Tejo and Fateh. Fateh tries to stop a boy from taking advantage of a girl, but the boy brings up Fateh’s past to humiliate him. Fateh accepts his mistakes and says that he doesn’t want anyone to do the same. Tejo is overwhelmed by Fateh’s surprise gifts to her. Meanwhile, Jasmine conspires to make Tejo and Fateh’s life miserable by instigating Angad against them. Tejo grows nervous on learning about the boxing match between Fateh and the undefeated champion Thunderjeet Singh, and she asks him to back off from the tournament.
Meet, the Zee TV show produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions saw the Ahlawats celebrate Tej’s return. Meet and Meet Ahlawat question the family about Sunaina, and Babita tells them about Sunaina’s second marriage. Manushi makes a plan to stay at the Ahlawat house. Manushi intentionally harasses Tej, who hurts her. Meet asks Meet Ahlawat to allow Manushi to stay at home for a few days. Meet stops Manushi from leaving the Ahlawat House. Meet Ahlawat takes care of Meet in front of Manushi. Meet visits Anubha and Dadi to tell them that Manushi is at the Ahlawat House. A furious Anubha comes to the Ahlawat House to pick up Manushi, who tries to commit suicide. The police come to investigate the case but Manushi handles the situation and gains the sympathy of the family. Later, the family discusses the preparations for Lohri. Meet Ahlawat decides to gift something to Meet during Lohri.
Balika Vadhu 2, the Colors show produced by Sphere Origins saw Anandi read Ratan’s letter and learns that she had given her permission to break her marriage at eighteen if she wasn’t happy with Jigar. Upset, she confronts the family for hiding Ratan’s letter from her. Anand is perplexed upon seeing Jigar free and Anandi behind bars. Determined to be there for her, Anand picks a fight with one of the cops and gets himself arrested. Anandi is in a dilemma about getting her unlawful marriage with Jigar annulled. While flying kites, Jigar insults Anand for coming in his way, which irks Anandi. As she ends up challenging him, Jigar takes the challenge head-on. Meanwhile, the Anjariyas break ties with Anandi. Jigar conceals Anandi’s mother’s ornament after she resolves to acquire them, given that it is her last option for the money. When Anandi tries to escape with her mother’s ornaments, Jigar tries to stop her, so Anand creates a diversion for her to escape.
