Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw the wedding preparations of Anuj and Anupamaa kickstarting over the last week. While the two of them remained happy over the new phase of their lives, the Shah household had its own sorrow and problems. Anuj met Kanta, Anupamaa’s mother and sought her blessings and promised her that he will keep Anupamaa happy always. Kanta told Anupamaa not to fear Leela’s curse, as she has blessed her as a mother. At the Shah house, drama erupted again with Paritosh blaming Vanraj for all the professional downs that he has faced. Paritosh called Vanraj a loser, but Anupamaa stood in support of Vanraj and told Toshu that Vanraj has always been a very considerate and loyal father to him. Kavya and Vanraj had a fight wherein Vanraj accused Kavya of being a liar. Anuj and Anupamaa’s happiness doubled when Anuj read out the news of Anupamaa’s dance academy bagging a one year contract to perform on an international level.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw the surprise of Kumar Sanu gracing the Sangeet ceremony of Abhimanyu and Akshara over the last week. There was fun and frolic and viewers got to see the amazing romance of Abhimanyu and Akshara during the sangeet. However, drama prevailed too with Akshara confessing the truth of the accident to Mahima instead of Abhimanyu. Mahima decided to keep silent about it and reveal it during the Sangeet of Abhimanyu and Akshara. Finally, Abhimanyu got to see the clipping of the accident where he saw two girls and recognized Aarohi as one of the girls. What will happen now?
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms saw Sherlyn and Natasha making a plan to get Karan into Natasha’s room. However, they were shocked to see Karan and Preeta sharing a bed during Holi. Prithvi’s plans saw a further failure when Pradeep and Nagre were put behind bars. Prithvi lashed out at them for their inability to bring the property papers. Preeta and Karan who had been together the whole night were happy at this new development in their lives. Meanwhile, Prithvi got out of jail on bail and returned to Luthra’s house to create further problems for Preeta.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB show produced by Neela Telefilms saw the drama related to Bapuji’s habit of drinking spread into the Gokuldham Society like wildfire. Jetha who was unable to cope with his Bapuji’s problem ended up drinking. He was handled by Taarak at his home, while Popatlal made a plan of extracting the truth from Bapuji. All the men got embarrassed when Bapuji told them that he along with his friends have been going to the bars to educate people about the dangers of drinking. Meanwhile, the men of the society found it difficult to handle Jetha who was drunk. With both Bapuji and Jethalal being in the house of Bhide, there was trouble. Bhide tried telling Jetha about Bapuji not having the habit of drinking and that he was only helping the Nasha Mukti Kendra Samstha in their plan. However, Jetha did not understand anything as he was drunk. Finally, both Jetha and Bapuji came face to face, and Bapuji got angry at Jetha for being drunk. Haathi got Jethalal a tablet that relieved him of his alcohol effects. After he got normal, Jetha confronted Bapuji about his drinking habits. Bapuji told everyone the truth. All the men in the society apologized to Bapuji for the grave mistake. Later, Jetha got into a problem at his shop when he locked up a few men who he assumed were thieves. However, the mess resulted in Jetha getting to know that they were people who had come to collect the waste items from the shop.
Udaariyaan, the Colors show produced by Dreamiyata Entertainment saw over the last week misunderstandings creating a rift between Fateh and Tejo. While Tejo saw Fateh and Jasmine together on many occasions and doubted their integrity, there was a bigger problem with a pen drive getting exchanged during the election campaign which resulted in Tejo and Fateh’s romantic moment being shown to one and all. Seeing this, Rupy suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital for help. Amidst all this, Rupy asked Tejo and Angad to become soulmates to which Angad and Tejo gave consent. The Sandhus decided to get Angad and Tejo married soon. While the engagement ceremony was planned, Fateh, Amrik and Buzo tried to hunt the person who gave the pen drive to Fateh. Finally, they found him, but the guy double-crossed Fateh when he sided with Angad at the last minute, thus exposing Fateh as the cheat. Tejo got angry at Fateh, slapped him before everyone and announced that she hated him. With the engagement ceremony happening, Jasmine put up a new plan to stop the engagement. Along with Fateh and his men, Jasmine got Angad kidnapped. Fateh got inside the Sandhu house as a Mehendi person from Lucknow. Angad who was held captive felt that Jasmine has kidnapped him.
Meet, the Zee TV show produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions saw Meet Hooda stopping Isha from killing herself, and promising that she would stop her wedding with Deep. Meet Hooda arrested a person by name Shanty who was misbehaving with a girl in his car. At the engagement ceremony, Meet Hooda was shocked to see that Shanty was Isha’s groom. She revealed to one and all how she had arrested him. Babita and her family gave Meet Hooda one chance to prove that Shanty was bad and a wrong choice for Isha. Meet Ahlawat supported Meet Hooda in this mission. Meet Hooda talked to Latika the girl who was a victim to Shanty’s bad deeds and asked her to reveal the truth before the Ahlawat family. However, Meet Hooda failed in her attempt and the family decided to get Shanty and Isha married in seven days. Meet Hooda vowed that she will expose the face of Shanty to all within these seven days.
Fanaa – Ishq Mein Marjawan, the Colors show produced by Dipti Kalwani saw dramatic events over the last week wherein Pakhi, Ishaan and Singh forced Agastya to confess his truth. Pakhi faked her kidnap and sent out a video of her being tied up, with blood oozing out of her forehead. Ishaan threatened Agastya that he needed to confess his crime before one and all. Agastya decided to call for a press conference and wanted to speak up when he fell ill and fainted. Pakhi felt that she failed in her mission. However, Agastya’s smart move got him to find the place where Pakhi was trapped. He reached the place and Pakhi and others were shocked. However, they put up a quick plan wherein Ishaan and Singh went out to face Agastya while Pakhi was shown tied up in the room. Ishaan put fire into Pakhi’s room, thus forcing Agastya to speak up. Finally, Agastya confessed his crime and Singh recorded the same. However, Agastya and Yug planned to create a smoke-filled environment during which Agastya kidnapped Pakhi. With Agastya getting to know that Pakhi knew everything, he took her to a secluded place and tied her up with chains on her legs. The house has a housekeeper and Agastya tried to woo his girl by making food for her. Pakhi was terrorized seeing the new aggressive face of Agastya.
