Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw over the last week, Vanraj trying to create problems for Anuj and Anupamaa. The meetup at the Chai Ghar resulted in Vanraj trying to put it into Anupamaa’s mind that she will not be able to keep Anuj happy after marriage, as she will be bound to the Shah family in one way or the other. However, Anuj succeeded in cheering up Anupamaa. A new problem got born when Hasmukh, who felt ill for some time now, fainted after feeling uneasy in his chest. Without anyone knowing of it, he tried to gather himself and decided to meet the doctor without telling anyone. Bapuji was seen taking the help of GK in meeting the doctor. The doctor gave the shocking news of Hasmukh needing an immediate bypass surgery, which he negated saying that he will have to postpone the operation till the wedding got over. The family geared up for the engagement of Anuj and Anupamaa.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw engaging drama over the last week with Abhimanyu worrying about Akshara going missing. However, he got her back, and even patched up with Aarohi for the sake of Akshara. Abhimanyu also gave consent for Aarohi to attend the wedding. Akshara had a tough time as she thought about leaving her parental house after marriage. She was seen getting emotional, as she recollected her past memories in the house. The two families later reached the venue in Jaipur for the wedding. The grand pre-wedding preparations were underway. Akshara got scared during the pre-wedding rituals when two guys started to follow her. This made her stay at the same place for the whole of the night, which created panic in her family. During Akshara’s Haldi, Aarohi misplaced Akshara’s lehenga. When Abhimanyu got to know about it, he decided to look for the lehenga and get it for Akshara.
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms saw Prithvi creating problems between Karan and Preeta by manipulating the comment used by Preeta that she is a business partner and not a wife. Prithvi felt that he has succeeded in creating problems between Karan and Preeta. He was seen rejoicing along with Sherlyn. While Sameer and Karan suspected that Preeta has done all of it for power and money, Karan asked Sameer to spy on Preeta. Later, Preeta went to a detective and gave him money to help out Karan. However, Sameer who saw it, felt that Preeta was against Karan. Sameer later, told the entire family that Preeta took the help of a man to frame Karan on match-fixing charges and got him arrested. When nobody believed her, Preeta went to the jail to ask Karan what he thinks about her. Preeta got shocked to know that Karan too felt the same. But things got cleared when Sameer got to know of Prithvi’s involvement. He ended up beating Prithvi for getting Karan arrested.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB show produced Neela Telefilms saw the problem related to the high pricing of lemons becoming a big worry. While Rita Reporter talked to a few people about how they are suffering without lemons, Madhavi and Bhide received a big order for lemon pickles for which they have to shell out huge money only to buy lemons. Bhide decided to get the payment money of all his customers who have it pending so that he can buy lemons from the money got. However, not all who owed him money paid him and this became a spot of bother. Later, at Sodhi’s house, Roshan wanted a lemon to make Paneer. She went to Haathi’s place to ask for lemon. However, they had only one lemon which they wanted to use in their breakfast. But unfortunately, the lemon fell on the floor and was squashed without noticing under the shoe of Roshan. While Bhide and Madhavi were worried about the order, Jetha promised to help Bhide and even asked him to take money from him, to complete the order. Meanwhile, two men came into Bhide’s house and placed two sacks and went off. Bhide was shocked to see lemons in both the sacks. They felt that Jetha had sent it, but Jetha refused to have sent it. While Bhide did not want to use the lemons, accidentally the sacks fell down and all the lemons were spread on the floor. The society ladies got to see the lemon heap in Bhide’s house and got excited. The ladies took as many lemons as they wanted. While Popatlal warned Bhide to give the lemon sacks to the police, Bhaga went ahead and made a deal with Bhide. He decided to take all the lemons and make a profit out of it for Jethalal.
Udaariyaan, the Colors show produced by Dreamiyata Entertainment over the last week kickstarted the new London track which promises to add a new flavour to the plot. The show saw the introduction of Tanya Gill, a free-spirited, bold and confident girl who worked in a cafe in London. She was shown to be very opposite to Tejo Sandhu. Angad was the first person to spot Tanya in London. He saw her dancing at a bar and was shocked to see her. As we know, Angad had burnt Tejo alive and now wanted to know if this girl was Tejo. So he was trying to follow her. Tanya found out about the man stalking her and even hit him. Angad who did not give up ended up entering Tanya’s room to find clues to her identity. On the other end, Jasmine and Amrik who were tired of living away from each other left home and were seen taking the flight to London. Fateh saw them going and even followed them, but could not stop them. Later, in London, Jasmine and Amrik saw Tejo’s lookalike and were shocked. Jasmine tried to talk to Tanya, but she did not recognize her. They decided to call Fateh as with him being around, Tejo would definitely react.
Meet, the Zee TV show produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions saw over the last week drama over Meet Ahlawat and family not believing in Meet Hooda’s words about Shanty. Forced to take a big step, Meet Hooda decided to get Isha married to Deep at a temple without the family knowing of it. However, Meet Ahlawat got to know of Meet Hooda’s plan and rushed to the temple with his family. Meet Ahlawat stopped the wedding of Isha and Deep on time and asked Meet Hooda to stay away from them till the time Isha gets married to Shanty. To keep Meet Hooda away, Meet Ahlawat handcuffed Meet Hooda to a chair and kept her there. Meet Hooda found a toolbox and escaped from captivity. Meet Hooda went to Shanty with the suicide note of Latika, but Shanty got angry and tried to push Meet Hooda from above the cliff. When Meet Ahlawat sensed danger, he got to know of Meet’s location and on going there, he saw Meet Hooda hanging from the trunk of a tree.
Fanaa – Ishq Mein Marjawan, the Colors show produced by Dipti Kalwani saw Pakhi and Agastya celebrating their third month anniversary, wherein they were seen enjoying. However, Pakhi spiked Agastya’s drink and made him unconscious. She later fled from the place and tried reaching the police station. However, she was kidnapped by an unknown person and was again kept captive. Agastya who was searching for Pakhi got a message to come to a particular location. Upon going there, Agastya saw Pakhi with Yug. He also saw his mother Meera Raichand and got shocked. Meera had a decisive plan and put that into action. Agastya and Pakhi tried to escape, wherein Pakhi refused to leave alone leaving Agastya in danger. The result of the sequence was that Pakhi got shot by Meera, post which she fell from the cliff. Agastya tried to hold her and bring her up, but he could not do so. After losing Pakhi, Agastya got numb and did not know what was going on. While the police arrived, Meera forced the gun she used into Agastya’s hand and fired a bullet at Yug’s shoulder, and she ran away from the scene. Yug told the police that Agastya shot Pakhi and killed her. In the courtroom, Meera came in a new sober avatar and told the judge that Agastya had earlier wanted to kill her too. Agastya lost his mental balance and was put in an asylum wherein Meera was torturing him all the more.
