Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw an eventful last week with Anuj and Anupamaa giving all the priority to their little daughter Anu. They enjoyed ample family time, with Sia and GK joining them. Anuj and Anupamaa found Anu very responsible and independent at such a tender age and felt bad that such orphaned children tend to grow up faster and learned to be self-sufficient. Anupamaa had to be with Kinjal for her medical scan, but a freak accident to Anu delayed her plans. Though Anu escaped the accident without any injury, this was a big scare for Anupamaa. Anupamaa apologized to the Shahs, especially Kinjal for coming late. Again, she got blamed for taking up huge unnecessary responsibilities as a mother at this age. Anupamaa promised Kinjal that she will be on time for her next visits and whenever she wanted her. Anupamaa and Anuj decided to admit Anu to Pakhi’s school. But shockingly, Pakhi objected to it and threatened never to come to her college if Anu was admitted to the same school. Meanwhile, Adhik and Barkha continued with their plans to woo Pakhi. Adhik got her to the Kapadia home where Barkha was ready to pamper Pakhi with the costliest of goodies and gifts. Pakhi was bowled over by the lavish lifestyle of the Kapadias. Anupamaa came to the house and spoilt the happy moment of Pakhi. But Pakhi asked her the big question of whether she can stay at the Kapadia house. When Anupamaa failed to reply, Pakhi asked the same question to Anuj who looked puzzled. He told Pakhi that if she got consent from her family, especially her father, she can stay.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw Abhimanyu readying Akshara mentally for the tough battle ahead, that of the auditions. When he was about to accompany her to the auditions, Anand called Abhimanyu as the neurologist was there to check his hand. Abhimanyu faked a reason and left Akshara. Akshara however realized that she did not have enough money in her wallet and had to get back to the Birla Hospital to take money from Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu received his life’s biggest setback when the doctor who examined him told Anand that his hand’s condition is very bad and he would slowly lose grip on anything that he would do. Abhimanyu who overheard this and had heartbreak and he wept in solitude. On the other hand, when Akshara came to get money, Anand blurted out the truth about Abhi’s hand to Akshara. Akshara was shocked to hear of it. Abhi who heard of a bomb scare being in the place where Akshara went for the audition, rushed to her help. He met with an accident when he tried to evade the other car passing by, which was Aarohi’s. Abhimanyu’s hand failed to respond which caused the accident. Akshara was perturbed and went in search of Abhi. Aarohi was the one who saved Abhi from the car blast in the nick of time. Akshara and Aarohi brought Abhi home, where he was tested and checked. All in the family got to know about Abhi’s problem in the hand. Harshvardhan was also at home after Abhi gave Anand the consent to offer him his job back. Abhi was safe and sound after the accident, but he was in grief as he got to know that his entire family knew of his problem. Abhi and Akshara shared emotional moments where Akshara promised to be his strength. Aarohi who had helped Abhi survive the car blast, revealed evil intentions of ruining the lives of Akshara and Abhimanyu.
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms saw Preeta’s fears growing with every passing day. Rishabh promised to keep her and the family away from Arjun. However, Preeta felt he was out to harm them. Later, Preeta was shocked to see Arjun at the Luthra house. He came to apologize to them for his bad act. Arjun was not allowed to enter the Luthra house. Later Arjun met Rishabh at his office where the two of them had a major fight. Arjun hired men to kill Rishabh. When Rishabh went to pick up Kavya from school, a truck hit him and he was injured. However, after the accident, Karan picked Rishabh up in his arms and took him to the hospital. At the hospital, Preeta found out that Rishabh was critical. She also got to know that it was Arjun who was responsible for the accident. She ended up slapping Arjun.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB show produced by Neela Telefilms saw Jethalal creating a mess by breaking Babita’s jhumka and later feeling bad for it. Since it was a bank holiday on the day, Jethalal decided to keep Popatlal’s gold box in Babita and Iyer’s house. Jetha went to Babita’s house and told her that he had to go to the shop and wanted her to keep Popatlal’s box. Babita agreed to take up the responsibility. Popatlal who came home early, went to Bhide’s house to ask for the gold. Bhide got tense and called Jetha. Jetha too got tensed and lied that he has kept the box in the bank locker. Jetha called Babita to tell them that he was coming to fetch the box. This made Babita and Iyer worried as they had given the box to Anjali. Anjali got tensed as she had passed the box to Komal, and Komal was not at home. They asked for a time frame of two hours, which Babita relayed to Jethalal. Bhide relayed the same to Popatlal who was waiting in his house. Later, Sodhi who had the box, was shocked to know that Roshan threw the box away.
Udaariyaan, the Colors show produced by Dreamiyata Entertainment saw Jasmine recreating the fire accident in order to kill Tejo. However, it so happened that Tejo fainted and when she woke up in the hospital she had regained her lost memory. However, she felt that she was pregnant with Fateh’s child and also blamed Fateh and Jasmine for trying to kill her. Fateh was happy on seeing Tejo gain her memory back. However, Tejo behaved rudely with Fateh and blamed him for attempting to kill her. She called the police and got Fateh arrested. However, Fateh called his father for help and got himself released. Both the families got to know that Tejo was pregnant when she faced a fire accident. They were shocked. This was when Fateh understood that Tejo was again made to face the same wrath and believed that it was Jasmine’s ploy. He took her to the same place by force and threatened to burn her alive. Jasmine revealed that she could not see Tejo and Fateh together and decided to kill her. Fateh recorded the whole conversation of Jasmine.
Meet, the Zee TV show produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions saw Meet Hooda doing a tandav in the temple after being questioned about her identity by Meet Ahlawat. Popat advised her to reveal her real identity of being Meet. Manjari later disguised herself as Meet and recorded Masoom’s confession against Manushi. Later, Meet rushed toward Daggu and saved his life when he was being electrocuted. Rajvardhan later shocked everyone by announcing the wedding of Meet Hooda and Meet Ahlawat. Meet Ahlawat was seen making a plan to get the truth about Manjari’s identity. He created a romantic set up and proposed to her in style. Manjari remained shocked and ran away after which she wept on Popat’s shoulders. The family geared up for the second wedding of Meet Hooda and Meet Ahalwat.
Fanaa – Ishq Mein Marjawan, the Colors show produced by Dipti Kalwani saw an eventful last week with Pakhi getting scared of Tara going missing. Ishan as usual instigated her against Agastya. Ishaan told Pakhi that Agastya must have taken Tara. Pakhi was forced to call the police and lodge a complaint against Agastya. Tara in the meanwhile eloped home in order to meet Agastya. She reached his house but found him talking about sending Tara back to her mother. So she did not come in front of Agastya. The drama at Agastya’s place intensified with Pakhi and Ishaan coming with the police and search warrant. Tara hid, while the police could not find her. Ultimately, when Agastya was about to be arrested, Tara came in front of all and told her mother that Agastya was innocent. Later, Ishaan pushed Pakhi to make Tara his legal daughter. But Agastya got to know about the possibility of Tara being his daughter. He demanded a DNA test which proved that Agastya was Tara’s father. Meanwhile, Ishaan abducted both Pakhi and Tara. When Pakhi tried to escape, he caught her again.
