Sanjay Kapoor has been roped in by ace filmmaker Vikram Bhatt for his upcoming show on Star Plus. Vikram Bhatt as we know will be the show runner for the Sidharth Sengupta and Jyoti Sagar’s Edgestorm Productions show for Star.
The concept which will be an adaptation of the Turkish show ‘Ask-i-memmu’ will be all about forbidden love, a May-December romance.
Samir Soni was initially supposed to play the titular role
Actors Samir Soni and Smriti Kalra were part of the project in its pilot stage. However, there’s a change in the male lead now. And in the place of Samir will come in Sanjay Kapoor, is what we have learnt from reliable sources.
As per sources, “The show has been approved and the planning for shoot is presently underway. The team will in all likelihood start shoot in May.”
