Actress Pooja S Jadhav who played one of the lead characters in Vikas Gupta and ALTBalaji’s web-series, Class of 2017, will play an integral role in Balaji Telefilms’ upcoming show for Sony TV, Dil Hi Toh Hai.
Pooja will play the younger sister of the male lead, to be played by Karan Kundra.
Her character will be named Shanaya. She will be very chubby, bubbly and conscious about her eating pattern and on the road to losing weight.
A reliable source states, “Shanaya will be an important character in the happy and joyous Punjabi family.”
We buzzed Pooja but could not get through to her.
As we know, Dil Hi Toh Hai has a good ensemble cast that includes actors, Poonam Dhillon, Bijoy Anand, Akshay Dogra, Yogita Bihani, Asmita Sood, Nyra Banerjee, Gautam Ahuja etc.
