But, the loyal viewers of the show will have a surprise in store from the makers in the last episode.
The much-loved character of Nanu who had gone missing owing to his age restrictions to shoot amid the pandemic scare will be back for one last time.
Yes, senior actor Deepak Gheewala who played the adorable Nanu of Abir (Shaheer Sheikh) and Kunal (Avinash Mishra) will be back for the happy ending.
We talked to Deepak Gheewala who said, “I could not get back to shoot for the show post the pandemic scare owing to my age. I am 75 years old, and actors of this age group were restricted from shooting. If all had got well, I could have been back on the show. It is unfortunate that the show is ending now. How I wished the show was there for another year?”
The actor was called on set for one last time to shoot for the happy ending. “It was exciting to get back on set. I was there for the whole of the last day. The show Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke had the best team possible, both in the cast and crew. I am happy that I got a chance to get back to shoot with them.”
