Talented actress Smriti Kalra who has come in as a breath of fresh air on our TV screens in the role of Ahana in Star Plus’ Dil Sambhal Ja Zara (helmed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Edgestrom Productions) has been hospitalized!!
Smriti we hear, has been down and weak since few weeks. All of it started with a viral fever post which she developed weakness.
In fact, Smriti was down with viral fever over the last week when the sequences related to her marriage were being shot.
A credible source tells us, “Smriti had to look gorgeous as the bride. However, she was running high fever and had to put in her extra best to look the bride. In fact, her parents came down to Mumbai to take care of her.”
However, all fell in place post that, and Smriti got better in health.
But recently (on the 17th to be precise), her health took a beating yet again, and we hear that she apparently fainted on the set.
Our source further tells us, “She’s not been shooting from 17th, and is in hospital now. She’s quite weak, down with fever and weakness.”
If sources are to be believed, Smriti’s parents are with her, attending to her needs in the hospital.
We buzzed Smriti on her number, hoping to speak to her parents, but could not reach out.
