The production and channel will however bring back the original Simar aka Dipika Kakar with a new angle.

Talks have been on with Dipika, and though the makers do not want to have her full-fledged, they are working out a means to incorporate her presence in some way or the other.
Jayati Bhatia who played Mataji will be in playing a new character.
As per sources, “Dipika might be in as the Sutradhaar of the new season. However final confirmation on this is awaited.”
We buzzed Dipika and channel spokesperson but did not get through.
