Young child artist Avtar Vaishnani, who was last seen in TV show Tenali Rama and Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga, will be back on screen. The actor will be a part of Star Plus’s upcoming show Vidrohi produced by Gatha Productions.
The big-budget mythological presentation will have Sharad Malhotra playing the lead. Apart from Sharad, the show also stars Sulagna Panigrahi, Hemal Ingle in leads, and Saurabh Gokhle, Nikhil Damle, Priya Tandon, Danny Sura in pivotal roles. The story of the Vidrohi will be set in the British era around the time of the rebellion against the British East India Company in Odisha in the year 1817.
We buzzed Avtar’s parents but they remained unavailable for comment.
