Senior actress Dolly Mattoo who has recently featured in shows like Choti Sarrdaarni, and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, has bagged an engaging role in Zee TV’s upcoming show Sanjog.
Produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions, Sanjog will show the lives of two contrasting mothers, their ideologies and their daughters. The first look featuring Kamya Punjabi and Shefali Sharma as the two mothers looks really appealing.
Talented actress Shefali Sharma will be seen playing the sophisticated and kind-hearted Amrita, an affluent jewellery designer. On the other hand, Kamya Punjabi will play Gauri, a materialistic person who dreams of living a fancy, luxurious life.
The show will also see the macho-looking Rajniesh Duggal playing the lead guy opposite Shefali Sharma.
We now hear of Dolly joining the cast in a very pivotal role, that of Rajniesh Duggal’s mother.
As per a reliable source, “Dolly will be the matriarch of the family, and will be a considerate and loving mother.”
We buzzed Dolly but did not get through to her.
