Popular actor Zohaib Siddiqui who is known for his portrayal in the popular yester-year show Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke, was recently seen adding his effervescent colours to the role of Dhairya in Star Plus’ Imlie. His track was very much liked by the audience. His portrayal of the rough and tough Dhairya who later mellowed down, was appreciated by one and all. Zohaib has now bagged his next show and will play the lead in Dangal’s next.
Yes, you heard it right!! We hear that the show will be produced by Tony Singh and Sohan Master’s new banner. The show in question will be for Dangal.
As per a reliable source, “Zohaib has been locked to play the male lead in this show.”
Joining him will be actress Diksha Dhami who is known for her roles in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Main Bhi Ardhangini, Rang Jau Tere Rang Mein and Lakshmi Ghar Aayi.
Our source says, “Diksha has been roped in to play the lead opposite Zohaib Siddiqui.”
We buzzed both the actors but did not get through to them.
We reached out to the channel spokesperson but did not get revert till we filed the story.
