Simran Khanna who was last seen in Ajooni and Udaariyaan, has bagged a prized role in Sony SAB’s popular show Wagle Ki Duniya – Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey. Produced by JD Majethia and Aatish Kapadia’s Hats Off Productions, the show will also see popular actress Gulki Joshi reprising the role of the cop Haseena in the show.
The show has recently celebrated the milestone of reaching 1000 episodes. The main characters include Sumeet Raghavan as Rajesh Wagle, Pariva Pranati as Vandana Wagle, Chinmayee Salvi as Sakhi, and Sheehan Kapahi as Atharva. Wagle Ki Duniya is committed to delivering touching moments and engaging storytelling on important themes.
As for Simran Khanna, we hear that she will play a very important cameo role in an upcoming new track that will appeal to the viewers. It will be a special episode that will talk about an impactful topic being raised. She will play a significant role in the track.
Simran earlier played the role of Aasma in Udaariyaan when it took a generation leap. She was also seen in the role of Amanpreet in Ajooni. Simran has earlier been a successful part of the popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Gayatri Goenka.
