Young beauty Sonali Jha, who was earlier seen in TV shows Detective Didi and Aap Ke Aa Jaane Se, has bagged a new show. As per a reliable source, Sonali has been roped in for TV’s show Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi produced by Katha Kottage.
Shares a source, “Sonali will be seen playing the role of Dolly, who will be Purvi’s (Ismeet Kohli) best friend.”
Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi portrays unique and innocent friendship cemented between two individuals – a millennial Purvi and an elderly gentleman Jaganath Mishra. As they juggle through different worldviews and experiences to forge a sweet and iron-clad camaraderie, the show traces the nuanced facades of human experience. Jaganath Mishra is played by veteran actor Rajendra Gupta. Sushmita Mukherjee is essaying the character of Kusum, Jaganath’s wife.
