Judge Neha Kakkar crying in almost every episode
Popular singer Neha Kakkar, who is currently seen judging the singing reality show Indian Idol 12, was brutally trolled for showing her emotions in every season she has been a part of. The gorgeous lady became a butt of all the jokes within no time for crying in every episode. The sad stories of contestants, their sacrifices for families, the poor financial conditions of contestants, everything of this has only made Neha emotional. A major revelation was made by Indian Idol 1 winner Abhijeet Sawant too when he accused the makers of focussing more on the tragic backgrounds and sob stories of the participants rather than their singing talent. In an exclusive conversation with Aaj Tak, Abhijeet said, “These days, the makers are more interested in whether the participant can polish shoes or how poor he is, rather than his talent. You should watch regional reality shows where viewers may not know anything about the background of their favourite contestants. Their focus is only on singing, but in Hindi reality shows, the tragic and sad stories of contestants are shown. The focus is only on that.” Well, we have witnessed such incidents a lot of times.
Host Aditya Narayan and judge Neha Kakkar’s fake love act and marriage
Aditya Narayan and Neha Kakkar, who were part of season 11, fooled fans with their fake love act and marriage drama. On the sets of Indian Idol 11, Aditya used to flirt with Neha and it was all a joke. However, things took a serious turn when their parents got involved. In the Valentine’s Day episode, the families of the two were seen performing wedding rituals. However, Aditya later revealed that it was all just a part of the show. When fans realized that it’s actually a publicity gimmick to make TRPs touch sky high, they became very upset with Neha and Aditya.

Pawandeep Rajan, who is part of the current season of Indian Idol, beforehand as a singer has already won The Voice where Himesh Reshammiya was the judge. But all through this season of Indian Idol, the music composer has feigned that he did not know Pawandeep before Indian Idol 12. Also, when pictures of a dashing and modern Sawai Bhatt and Sayli Kamble singing with legendary singer Suresh Wadkar surfaced, fans were furious. A fan wrote on Twitter, “#indianidol is fixed. All the participants including #SawaiBhatt are well-known artists before this show. General people never make it to the Top 15. I enjoy watching it, but it breaks my heart to see how fake it is.
